In its 66th year, the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada Annual Meeting will host over 300 defense attorneys, mediators, judges, and industry representatives. This annual event brings together members of all career levels to discuss cutting edge topics of the legal system of tomorrow and gain insights into emerging practices, technologies, and advice from leading experts.

Keynote Speaker

Keena Turner

Vice President and Senior Advisor to the General Manager
San Francisco 49ers 

Keena Turner

Keena Turner was a core member of the San Francisco 49ers defense during the greatest period in franchise history. Turner played for the Niners from 1980-1990 and won four Super Bowls. As a linebacker, he was selected to one Pro Bowl in 1984.

Turner was originally chosen out of Purdue in the second round of the 1980 NFL Draft. After retiring from football, he went on to work in the 49ers front office. He is currently a vice president and senior advisor to the general manager.

Turner also spent time as a broadcaster for San Francisco's preseason games and as a coach at Stanford University. He is active in the Bay Area community and has been a staunch supporter of the Family House in San Francisco for over 30 years. Turner is a recipient of the Mensch Award from the Jewish Sports Hall of Fame and he is a member of the Bay Area Sports Hall of Fame.
