This webinar will discuss the recent Johnson v. Monsanto appellate decision, focusing on its impact on plaintiffs’ ability to recover non-economic damages for future pain and suffering.  We will discuss strategies for using the Johnson decision to limit your client’s exposure to non-economic damages, including approaches to plaintiffs’ depositions, expert and treating doctor depositions, pretrial motion practice, jury instructions, and special verdict forms.
